The Hunt Club Meadows subdivision has several areas that are designated as Conservation Easements. Some of these Conservation Easement areas are owned by the Hunt Club Meadows Homeowners Association, and other Conservation Easement areas are contained within private homeowner lots.
ALL Conservation Easement areas are governed by the "Deed Restrictions/Covenants Conservation Easement" document.

These documents are filed with the Will County Recorder, and are document numbers R2005111937 (map) and R2005112036 (covenants).
If you are a homeowner that owns a lot which contains a Conservation Easement area, please comply with the Covenants for these areas.
